Title: Chebukati numbers got a turbo boost between 4-5pm on poll day
Post by: RVtitem on October 29, 2017, 11:13:47 PM
Seems the 48% turn out was a boost upon realising too low turn out on ground. KIEMS then went overdrive to deliver a huge voter turnout in the last hour.

5am-4pm voting delivered only 33% voter turnout.

The turbo boost put average turnout at (33+48)/2 to give magic figure of 40.5%
