No need to sign. The amendments will become effective on Thursday if he doesn't return them to parliament tomorrow or Wednesday. Such an easy tactical win but expect bulldozer Ruto and clueless Uhuru to blow up such.

Seems Babu Owino needs to go and kneel in State House facing Mt Kenya or Kapkatet. Thought Jaguar catfight was just that, guy need to be scared!

Quote
“I do not want to name the area MP (Babu Owino) but let him try what he is planning and he will know there are men in this country,” said the president.

“He can insult me all he wants; I have no problem with that. He should not try to visit violence on the people.”

Bullies always pick at the little guy.  They see Babu Owino as such and therefore they will go after him instead of Raila.
