Ive heard Shem Ochuodho argue that given the increasingly greater role ICT plays in our elections that it’s time we considered someone with that background.
I think all legal issues can be handled by the legal department.

I think an IT and communications expert should be one of the commissioners. They will also need a statistician and even a political scientist.
