Title: High court allow AUKOT to contest against Uhuru
Post by: RV Pundit on October 11, 2017, 10:05:25 AM
I think Uhuru may beat Kagame by scoring 99% for most popular president in East Africa against the Turkana Boy aka Nariokotome Boy. Still some percentage to get to Ethiopia -where the current gov won by 99% and got all seats in parliament :)

Without Prejudice.

Doesn't matter.
1) The main elephant is that SCORK 2013 is obtier dicta - it not binding to IEBC.
2) Any other candidate minus the bankrupt Jirongo can ran again.
3) If you withdraw now - IEBC can use the withdrawal clause - and declare Uhuru elected un-opposed.

As much as Jubilee continues chest thumping, the withdrawal of Raila eats into Uhuru's legitimacy. They can't claim that the monies and efforts they have been used to run all over the country haven't been mocked by the withdrawal.

Everyone knows Uhuru won in 8.8 and enjoy full legitimacy and wide mandate if you go by parliament, senate, mcas and governors he commands. I mean Trump lost popular vote but won - yet he enjoy legitimacy. Obviously there are bitter folks all over the world who'll not accept and move on.
