I don't expect much. The Eyadema Dynasty is well entrenched and the most one can expect is a mutiny within the ranks of the tribal army which would probably usher in as new dictator. Africa is doomed.

This was the best alternative for NASA rather than wasting time at SCOK giving jubilee sufficient time to reorganize.
