He is loved in Kwale, an asset ofcourse. Now with Ruto edging out Raila in Kwale, Taita Taveta, Lamu and Tana River . He needs to work a little harder in Kilifi. The Kilifi tribes are majority and have nostlagia of Moi era. Mombasa would be hard to crack because of Kisumu ndogo factors . If elections were being held in Dec he coule stand a chance .

Yes Kwale looks good - and Taita Taveta no bad. Kilifi the giriamas are so deeply immersed in ODM - I think it's a lost cause. The rest is usual 50-50.
I think if Mvurya works hard and is made more visible - he can probably deliver 50-50 for entire coast. Raila has Joho - visible - and that is what coast see as man with their interest.
