These judgements are theoretical. You actually believe the money will be returned in an election season? and how will the court even track or ensure it's returned?

The Clerk of the Senate and National Assembly has been directed to recover in full from the salaries and allowances of each MP the entire money paid to them as accommodation.
The clerks will be responsible for deducting the money. And now that they didnt get stay orders..deduction begin asap.
