Almost as many aspirants as UDA

The party appears to be attracting a significant number of aspirants. More than 5,300 aspirants are said to have applied for  tickets for governor, senator, MP and MCA.

The voter's matter. Even if they buy a popular UDA aspirant, if he is not flying the UDA flag at the polls, he or she will lose. Power is always in the people, not the candidates. Final UDA candidates will defeat moneyed jubilee Uhuru tumbocrats! Ruto is a master lethal tactician. Azimio tawe in the western is taking root. After the election, ANC, Ford Kenya, UDA, and other small parties will be collapsed and a new Kenya Kwanza will be formed ready for 2027. It will be a party primarily for the big three( Kikuyu, Luhya, and Kalenjin) then other pockets of tribes once they see Ruto's stealth performance between 2023-2026. By then Panpaper, webuye, Panpaper, and old forgotten industries and new industries all over Kenya will be running like clockwork. In central and all over Kenya, tea and coffee farmers, big and all entrepreneur will be thriving like never seen, and all will troop to Kenya Kwanza for good. Give Ruto 3 years and Kenya will be an economic giant. The man is a workaholic, disciplined, unmatched integrity, and results-oriented. Given a chance he wins, I see Kenyans starting people-driven constitutional change to make him lifetime president. I think that is what Uhurus and cartels siphoning money from the government fear the most. Ruto will devastate corruption in Kenya, and systems will be strengthened to allow the private sector to thrive.

Yes it's ground game that Ruto has focused on and helped him survive this long... Uhuru in kiambaa bribed Ruto guy with millions but lost to Hustler who cannot string English sentence.. politics of broadroom versus politics on the ground..it's better to give twenty million to ground than a political player.I also believe Kenyans will demand Ruto run again n again like Uganda did on museveni.. because his leadership will be so exemplary..most will see him as gift to the country because he is passionate energetic and brilliant..and want to make real changes..not drink himself silly and pay lip service.Ruto will transform Kenya in 10yrs it will overtake south Africa...and people will plead and beg him to continue for life even.. because Kenya problems are commonsensical.Leadership matters a lot...that why Kenya fire some but you find some who last for decades...

You two kales and the muhindi, keep having wet dreams here of Ruto having a parliamentary majority 2022.  If the number of aspirants is in fact true for both UDA and Jubilee then it is very likely seats WILL BE SHARED equally between UDA and Jubilee, in those electoral units where a kyuk is expected to win. I am talking specifics, Nairobi, Nyeri etc. Posters are already all over the place. THIS IS GROUND reporting complete with images, not analysis from an armchair. Impressive show by Kyuk women BTW. Wamejitokeza! They must be silently praying Martha is named DP candidate, to give them a boost among voters.

It is ground. I just made a post supporting what @Fair & Balanced posted.. We all heard Hustler crying recently that Uhuru should have left him to compete with "Kitandawili". Uhuru campaigning for Raila is disrupting his numbers projection in the Mountain and making him very uncomfortable.

Even with Gema going 60% to Raila, Ruto will beat Raila hands down. Kamba will not do 96% Raila this time, and so as coast, and Western. Pastoralists and hustlers all over Kenya will propel Ruto on election night! I think Mombasa county only in the coast will go for Raila. In western Busia only. Bungoma, Tranzoia, and Kakamega plus vihiga are Ruto! Azimio tawe!  Ruto has not started official campaigns yet!

So you final are conceding that Mt. Kenya is no longer a shoo-in for Ruto. THAT IS A SIGNIFICANT CLIMB DOWN from @Pundit and @RVHH. May I remind you that in Moi's time 50+1 was not a legal requirement to win the election. Strategies for winning 2022 cannot be same as Moi error.

I swear RVHH has got jokes. Ruto has been performing his government duties as DP from his office that sits atop his vehicles since 2017 as soon as the 2017 election was finalized.
