Yep.  He must view his alleged infringement against what these crooks get away with and just curse.

The guy is in trouble for accepting gifts.  He must have made that trip to ask how someone can get away with stealing a 2 billion USD public debt, millions more in gunias, among countless others, while he is in hot soup for accepting a damn gift.
