It's not bad to help provided US/UN pick the tab. But Kenya has more interest in Sudan, S. Sudan, Ethiopia peace. With Burundi, Somalia literally Kenya is surrounded by warzones.

Ruto has enough problems to fix before claiming that Africa President accolade.

Ati Africa president! Charity begins at home. The man has enough issues at home. No need to go to a neighbouring country. Of all the presidents in E. Africa, Ruto is the most unstable.
