So KR is not making enough to pay the debt and requires subsidies from Treasury.

The only way to settle debt including this one is to claim all the corrupt proceeds from the people who took the loans to enrich themselves . Some are from former regime and some from this regime.

KR defaulted but Treasury being paying it.

KR assets in terms of railway and land makes it worthwhile paying. It just doesnt generate enough revenues - but we know the railway will serve for 200 plus years. So this our legacy to our grand kids.
So KR is not making enough to pay the debt and requires subsidies from Treasury.

KR defaulted but Treasury being paying it.
