Putin also made the mistakes by refusing to intervene in Ukraine in 2014 when the President of Ukraine Yankuvich had given him greenlight under international law to help quell rhe western sponsored revolution in Ukraine . He learnt from mistakes and intervened to save Asad in Syria and last year stopped the revolution in Kazakhstan. He currently is correcting his mistakes .
