This guy is just too good.He's left a trail of victim all over and he has the audacity to do it again & again.

The man is legend...I heard he conned several business men in Eldoret...one dude even gave Mwale his shopping mall & hotel to manage coz he was gonna buy it for some billions. He collected rent for 9 months and vanished.Confidence Trickstar.

I'm attending a funeral in Butere coming Friday, I'll see if I will make time to go and touch hubris and stupidity in this project.
