Good evening Dr. David Ndii and Mr. Norman Magaya; I trust that you are well.
I have just received credible reports about what transpired during your conference call with the Kenyan Diaspora.
First, I take issue with the fact that you purported to speak on behalf of the NRMKe, a movement you have not been part of.
I am aware that none of my fellow NRMKe leaders had been informed about your conference call nor had you had the courtesy of contacting me, as the NRMKe General, before, during or after my illegal abducation, detention and purported deportation.
You both know my local and Canadian numbers including my WhatsApp number.
In fact, neither of you have called or texted me to show solidarity since I was released and forcefully removed from Kenya.
I’ve keenly watched videos and read media reports of the campaign for my release and I have noted, with interest, your singular silence about me.
Neither of you have mentioned my name during the numerous press conferences you have called and statements you have read.
It’s as if you were celebrating about the flagrant abuse of my rights with the Jubilee despots! That’s extremely unfortunate!
Second, you purported to have unilaterally appointed “acting NRMKe leaders.”
I wish to remind you that leaders for movements aren’t appointed; they emerge organically from the movement.
Third, you have apparently announced that you will unveil the NRMKe “constitution and president’s council.” I have no idea what these are except to reiterate the point that movements aren’t NGOs or political parties and they don’t have written constitutions for very good reasons.
Fourth, David, you have been leading the People’s Assembly process. You have never invited me to any of your events. You have never informed me about any of your events. And I have never interfered with that process.
Let’s respect our respective jurisdictional mandates.
And fifthly, I detest very strongly the habitual opportunism and selfish caninbalism that your behaviours are symptomatic of.
Liberation wars are not fought and won on deception and opportunism.
I will not allow you to impose yourselves on the NRMKe.
I’m beginning an NRMKe global tour next week. We would not tolerate any distractions from you.

Magaya is actively working for Jubilee. He took Kshs. 30m to withdraw the petition against Sonko in retaliation of his failed nomination to IELA. He had vowed to “revenge against Raila” after that. H.E. Railla Odinga himself told me about it. Ndii opposed the swearing in and threatened to lead a walkout from NASA of Kalonzo et al. Now that their schemes have flopped, they have conspired to sabotage the NRMKe. We shall not permit it!

Yep. One can sympathize with his struggles while remaining wary of him as a person. I can’t understand where a NASA supporter even starts to clash with David Ndii. To be fair Miguna claims he is NRM not NASA, even if he does not say who gave him that mandate.

There is a reason the jubilant kept Miguna at arms length, even when he was throwing pot shots at Raila. If he gets any level of insider trust, however minor, he generally fucks it up for whoever provided that trust. Raila knows this.

From my point of view, RAO doesn't otherwise he would be president today. He's extremely horrible when it comes to choosing whom he aligns himself with.
People always forget what Orengo had to say about RAO's managerial style: "Odinga has done nothing to reorganise his office to make it more effective; Odinga is a poor manager who does not follow up; and he is primarily focused on preparing for his presidential run in 2012. Odinga has avoided bold moves because he is hostage to his difficult political constituency"
Replace 2012 with 2013 and 2017.
Heck, even Miguna himself said something similiar:

ALLEGED ATTACKS ON DR. DAVID NDII AND NORMAN MAGAYA:
My attention has been drawn to reports in sections of the media attributed to Mr. Miguna Miguna claiming that two of the NASA Secretariat staff namely Dr. David Ndii and Mr. Norman Magaya are working for Jubilee Party.
We wish to make it clear that as a coalition, we have full confidence in Dr. Ndii and Mr. Magaya who have dedicated time and resources working for NASA’s course. The allegations against the two, if at all they were made, are very unfortunate and detrimental to the course we are pursuing.
I urge all our supporters to ignore the sentiments and focus on the issues we have set out to address.

This is not the first time Norman Magaya has been accused of being a mole. Babu is basically ignoring what Miguna is saying , and preferring to retain the two. Whether you hate Miguna, if you really care for NASWA,you'd be aksin yourself whether there's any truth in WHAT he said as opposed to preoccupying yourself in assigning labels to his character and acts. Did Jubilee feed him this garbage to sow seeds of discord, or is he sharing some position widely held by NASWA upper echelons?
You may also want to recall that Babu never really publicly condemned the 3 sisters for abandoning him, not even after their asinine excuses for why they missed. It was his foot soldiers like Miguna,Millie etc who called them out.

Two words, wrong analogy. This is a movement and not a structured organization which requires micro-management. Baba is doing exactly what he needs to do once in a while.
