This is a petition - not an audit. Not a fishing expedition. A petition that is heard and determine in 14 days. So NASA are just wasting time engaging in wild goose chase. Zero in one 1-10 polling station and demonstrate rigging.

Like I said, you lack the qualifications, knowledge, expertise, competence and capacity to speak on matters ITC. An audit of the systems is a simple matter. Once the logs have been downloaded it boils down to the analysis of the data. Any tests could also be run but would be focused. I can't see more than a few hours spent on this - an affidavit takes longer to prepare.

The truth lies in IEBC servers. I hope NASA brings a forensic expert. If IEBC has nothing to hide then they should open the servers for Audit. Would not be surprised to hear IEBC used jubilee servers

Fishing expedition. After combing through form 34As and 35Bs looking for errors - which all sum up to 1,000 votes more for Raila :) - now they want to check servers - without even demonstrating prima-facia that any rigging was done. This election was paper based.

That is your interpretation. It is NOT the Truth.

Everybody knows majority of those forms were filled little after election results had been announced else IEBC should have beamed results with an ID label to show the polling number they were coming from. Servers audit should crack this case wide open....how did polling results get to the portal?

You are correct.  The dodgy forms were built to fit the "winning" result.

There is no reason to deny access to systems if only to allow NASA to confirm their fears. It will put the case to bed & NASA will forever keep their peace  if their wasn't nothing untoward.

IEBC shld have auto sync backup (heartbit hot-standby backup), if not then they wasted money on technology.

?Indeed the server audit should take only a couple of hours not 3wks as Hon. Muite and Ahmednasir says....?

True.  NASA wants information IEBC already shared on the portal.  Maybe with more detail.  But the same info.  If there is nothing to hide, these flimsy excuses make IEBC look bad.

Looking at the exchange on servers, we seriously need the kids to have those e-learning devices and have coding as a basic language to be taught way from primary school. A server and access to it is so basic in a place where we have bragging rights in IT across the globe. Funny that these elite lawyers seem to be hearing about servers for the first time.

Ati "fishing expedition" all the time. You keep on misusing that word and its annoying. There are certain kinds of unique evidence which are subject to discovery because they are within the sole custody and control of the respondent or the defendant. NASA has convinced the court that they need access to this evidence to advance their petition and the court has granted it. You sound like a mad man repeating the phrase over and over again even when it does not apply.  IEBC is saying that they conducted free and fair elections and NASA is simply saying, OK, lets verify.  Why is that so hard to comprehend.

It not hard to comprehend that they are asking - not to verify - but to desperately find some smoking gun.
